In most cases, the deposit becomes non-refundable once production, ordering, or custom fabrication has started. If a cancellation is approved before production begins, a partial refund may be considered after deducting costs already incurred.
The remaining balance is due in full prior to shipment or installation, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Yes. Accurate measurements and site conditions are required for proper fabrication and installation. If conditions differ on-site, HydraFloodPro may adjust the scope, pricing, and timeline accordingly.
No. Warranty coverage is valid only when HydraFloodPro performs the installation. Third-party installation or self-installation voids warranty coverage related to performance, water intrusion, or flood damage.
No flood protection system can guarantee complete prevention of water intrusion under all conditions. Our solutions are designed to reduce risk, but performance depends on site conditions, installation, maintenance, and event severity.
If measurements, surfaces, access, or site conditions differ from what was represented, additional materials or labor may be required and the scope and pricing may be adjusted accordingly.
HydraFloodPro primarily serves Florida. In limited cases, we may support projects outside Florida by written agreement, which may include additional travel, shipping, and scheduling costs.
