These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of hydrafloodpro.com and any inquiries, estimates, purchases, and services provided by HydraFloodPro, including custom flood protection solutions and installation services. Please read these Terms carefully.
Effective Date: February 5, 2026 • Last Updated: February 5, 2026
HydraFloodPro provides custom flood protection solutions for residential and commercial properties. Our services may include consultation, site review, measurements, design, custom fabrication, delivery, installation, maintenance, and related support. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) apply to your use of our website and any interaction with HydraFloodPro, including requesting an estimate, placing an order, or scheduling installation.
By accessing our website or using our services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.
You may use hydrafloodpro.com for lawful purposes only. You agree not to misuse the website, attempt unauthorized access, or interfere with normal site operation.
By submitting a form, requesting an estimate, or contacting us by phone, email, or messaging, you consent to receive communications from HydraFloodPro regarding your inquiry, scheduling, estimates, orders, and service updates. Message and data rates may apply if you communicate via SMS or mobile messaging.
All quotes and estimates are based on information available at the time they are prepared, including measurements, site conditions, product configuration, installation requirements, and delivery expectations. Unless stated otherwise in writing, quotes are valid for a limited period and may change due to material costs, availability, lead times, site conditions, scope changes, or other factors.
Any estimate may be revised if conditions differ from what was represented (including photos, measurements, or site access limitations), or if additional labor/materials are required to complete the project properly and safely.
Projects typically require a deposit to begin production, scheduling, and procurement. Unless otherwise specified in writing, deposits are non-refundable once custom fabrication, ordering, or production activities have started.
Remaining balances are due according to the payment schedule provided in your agreement or invoice. Late payments may delay production, delivery, and/or installation. You are responsible for any applicable taxes, fees, and payment processing charges (if applicable).
HydraFloodPro’s solutions are commonly custom-configured to fit specific openings and site conditions. As a result, lead times may vary based on product scope, component availability, manufacturing schedules, shipping timelines, and installation scheduling.
Estimated lead times are projections and not guarantees. Delays may occur due to circumstances outside our control, including supply chain constraints, shipping carriers, severe weather, or scheduling changes.
Accurate measurements and clear site conditions are essential for performance and proper installation. Measurements may be provided by HydraFloodPro (on-site) or provided by the customer/representative, depending on the project. If measurements are provided by the customer or a third party, HydraFloodPro is not responsible for errors, fit issues, or performance concerns resulting from inaccurate or incomplete measurements.
You agree to provide safe access to the property, accurate site information, and reasonable working conditions (including clearance, parking/access, and the ability to perform work safely). Any hidden conditions, structural issues, uneven surfaces, obstructions, or changes discovered on-site may require a scope adjustment and additional charges.
Installation scheduling is subject to availability, weather conditions, site readiness, and timely payment. You (or your representative) must provide access to the property at the scheduled time and ensure the work area is clear and safe.
If an installation must be rescheduled due to lack of access, site not being ready, or customer-requested changes, additional scheduling fees may apply. HydraFloodPro may decline or postpone installation if site conditions present safety concerns or if work cannot be completed properly.
Flood protection solutions reduce risk but cannot eliminate all risk. Performance depends on proper fit, installation, sealing surfaces, site conditions, water behavior, maintenance, and the severity of events. No flood protection system can guarantee complete prevention of water intrusion under all circumstances (including extreme surge, prolonged flooding, structural movement, debris impact, or unusual conditions).
Customer is responsible for using the system as instructed, installing components correctly (if self-installed), and performing reasonable care and maintenance. Misuse, improper installation, or failure to follow instructions may reduce performance.
HydraFloodPro may provide limited warranties as described in your agreement, invoice, or warranty document. Warranty coverage, if any, generally applies to workmanship and/or certain components under normal use, subject to stated terms and time periods.
Warranties do not cover damage or issues caused by improper use, improper installation by third parties, modifications, accidents, misuse, neglect, normal wear and tear, corrosion from abnormal exposure, acts of nature, flooding severity beyond design assumptions, or site/structural conditions beyond HydraFloodPro’s control. Warranty claims must be reported within a reasonable time after discovery.
Because many HydraFloodPro products are custom-fabricated or custom-configured, cancellations may be limited once production, ordering, or scheduling has begun. Deposits are typically non-refundable once fabrication/procurement activities start.
If a cancellation is accepted, any refund (if applicable) may be reduced by costs already incurred, including design time, site visits, materials, fabrication, shipping, restocking fees, and administrative costs. Any approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method when possible.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in such cases, liability is limited to the fullest extent permitted by law.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless HydraFloodPro and its owners, employees, contractors, and affiliates from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your misuse of the website, your breach of these Terms, or conditions at the property that are outside HydraFloodPro’s control.
